F1-4: Conflict for leaders (Course) (F101)

Description
What conflict style do you gravitate toward? Learn how to recognize conflict in yourself and others and ways to prevent it from happening.

Conflict is an inevitable part of our daily interactions – at work, with our family, or even at the grocery store checkout line. When there are humans involved there is conflict, but that doesn’t mean we should (always) avoid it. Rather we should learn to accept it, understand it and manage it.
