The goal of this course is to develop a foundation for your knowledge in managing time obligations and to improve your team’s skills in time management

1- Time management: Understanding skills, practical uses to streamline your day
2- Self-assessment: Have situational awareness of your current progress and activities; find ways to create an ongoing cadence for improved success with current activities
3- Team management: Create strategies & methods for developing your team’s time management and improve it by 10%, giving more back to their daily work efforts
